Paper presentations

Duration – 15 minutes, including audience interaction.

Only abstract required in the proposal. Full paper submission is NOT required before the conference. Presenters will be separately contacted after the conference for their full papers to go into the publication.

Poster presentations

Posters should be provided in PDF or JPEG format within two weeks of the acceptance of the proposal or latest by 15 December 2021. Posters will be displayed in designated areas of the conference site throughout the conference days. 

Video Mini-presentations

Short pre-recorded presentations which are to be submitted as video files in MPEG4 or 3GPP format. Max. duration 5 minutes. Videos should be submitted within two weeks of the acceptance of the proposal or latest by 15 December 2021. The accepted videos will be displayed in designated areas of the conference site.

Fast-15

Short powerpoint presentations of exactly 15 slides (excluding the title slide), each slide shown exactly for 15 seconds. Fast-15 presentations should be submitted within two weeks of the acceptance of the proposal or latest by 15 December 2021. There will be presentation slots in the conference programme for the accepted Fast-15 submissions.

Submitting your proposal

Go to the Presentation Proposal form to submit your proposal. You will need the following while filling the form:

Title: Max. 10 words; should give an idea of the presentation content.

Abstract: Max. 150 words. It will be used to evaluate the proposal. Abstracts of accepted proposals will be included in the conference programme booklet. (See some advice and sample abstracts here.)

Bio: Max. 30 words. Information about yourself. Please write in the third person about yourself (e.g. Ms. Vinita Kranti is a secondary teacher at …)

Poems, Stories, Art-work, Cartoons on ELE experience

An innovative strand in conference proceedings! Share your experiences and creative responses via stories, poems, cartoons and art-work like paintings and illustrations. 

There is no limit on number of poems, stories, cartoons and art-works one can submit! You may even submit a combination of some or all of these!!

Poems or stories should be max. 2000 words long. They should be submitted as MS Word files only. PDF files will not be accepted.

Cartoons and art-works should be submitted as high resolution JPEG or PNG images.

Submitting your entries

Go to the Submission form to submit your entries. You will need the following while filling the form:

Title: Max. 10 words; make it catchy and imaginative!

Bio: Max. 30 words. Information about yourself. Please write in the third person about yourself (e.g. Ms. Vinita Kranti is a secondary teacher at …)

Important Note

Approved presenters at the conference must complete their registration by 15 December 2021, failing which their presentations may not be included in the conference programme. They may, however, register as a delegate. In case of joint presentations, all co-presenters must register for the conference and be present during the presentation.
